Job Description:

We are seeking an honest and dedicated individual to join our firm as Front Office Assistant.

Duties Include -

- Receiving of guests

- Answering of phone calls and enquires

- Travel & accommodation arrangements

- Manage courier and dispatch services

- Providing secretarial support to HR

- Managing Attendance records

- Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties

Compensation - $19.56 - $23.39 /hour
