Pacific Technical Resources, LLC. is seeking a direct hire Genesys Contact Center Software Engineer   for a well respected Employer in Phoenix,Az.

Position Description

Responsible for the design, build, deploy and support of multiple Business Applications used throughout the Contact Centers. This will also include application design for solutions identified. Must have solid experience in Contact Center Technologies including CRM, CTI, IVR, Multi-Channel Routing, and Remote Agent technology

Requirements

Knowledge in the development of self-service IVR applications using the VXML2.1 specification, Genesys GVP, preferred.

Experience with Eclipse IDE for development, Genesys Composer preferred.

Java/JSON/JQuery/Ajax development experience desirable.

Experience with building XML (SRGS) grammar syntax, Nuance Recognizer experience preferred.

Call Routing Experience with SCXML (Genesys), CCXML (any), or other CTI platforms.

Enterprise experience with at least 2 major PBX vendors * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecom (VOIP and TDM).
