Monday-Saturday/8 am-5 pm
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and assists with day-to-day operations and duties. Acts as a primary resource for those requesting Human Resource assistance. Handles information that is highly confidential, complex, and sensitive in nature.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Two years Human Resources experience, with strong HRIS background required.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
General knowledge of principles and practices related to the Human Resource field. Knowledge of federal and state employment/labor laws. Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of the Microsoft programs. Must work well with deadlines, be organized, responsive and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Excellent verbal and written communication.
