Duty Outline:

Answering multiple phones. Routing phone messages as appropriate. Greeting clients walking into your company division, discovering his or her needs and finding the knowledge important to steer them as required. Advise clients in filling out authorization papers to help patients that are requesting his or her's data files. Keep stringent physician and patron/patient discretion. Demonstrate a excellent mental attitude and the skills to speak comfortably with all patients, associates and workforce. Will certainly respect patient privacy by sustaining confidentiality within all phases of the postiion.

Position Prerequisites:

1 yr of all round office knowledge and customer assistance is required. High School or additional additional education and learning good, but not essential. Wage in the mid forties to fifties attainable to the proper candidates.
