Job role Description:

Picking up multiple phones. Redirecting phone calls as applicable. Greeting clients walking into your company department, identifying specific needs and using the important information essential to direct them as necessary. Assist clientele in filling authorization forms to help out patrons that are asking for their own history. Uphold strict health practitioner and client/patient discretion. Demonstrate a positive attitude and the capacity to correspond properly along with all valued clients, colleagues and office personnel. Can respect individual privacy by preserving confidentiality in all phases of the postiion.

Business Requirements:

1 year of all round work experiences and client services is necessary. High School or some other advanced degree nice, yet not an absolute must. Wage in the mid 40's to 50's out there to the right applicants.
