Job role Description:

Picking up many phones. Redirecting certain calls as needed. Greeting persons walking into your section, obtaining their requirements and delivering the knowledge essential to direct them as necessary. Help out patrons in finishing documentation papers to serve customers who are looking for their records. Have rigorous medical practitioner and clientele/patient discretion. Exhibit a positive mental attitude and the capability to communicate effectively along with all people, peers and employees. Can respect patient privacy by exercising confidentiality inside all levels of work.

Position Prerequisites:

1 yr of typical workplace experience and customer assistance is necessary. High School or other useful advanced schooling nice, but not an absolute must. Wage in the mid 40's to 50s out there to the ideal persons.
