Role Description:

Answering many telephone handsets. Routing phone messages as needed. Greeting customers entering the area, discovering his or her needs and using the instruction that is required to direct them as called for. Guide clientele in finishing documentation papers to guide customers that are seeking their records data. Have strict medical doctor and patron/patient confidentiality. Demonstrate a helpful attitude and the capability to connect correctly along with all clientele, peers and staff. Can respect your patients privacy by maintaining discretion within all phases of work.

Duty Requirements:

1 yr of general working experiences and customer services is necessary. High School or additional advanced education nice, although not an absolute must. Income in the mid 40's to 50's to be had to the best suited candidates.
