Responsible for building consensus around HR policy decisions required to support systems via serving as the HCM Team Lead for software system implementations, integrations, and upgrades. This includes, but is not limited to: contributing to the project approach, scope and project plan, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and configuring applications, testing and deployment of software applications and releases. Responsibilities also include coordinating with IT on the development and testing of reports, conversions and interfaces and leading change management activities such as training, documentation and communication.
