Description:
Logic House is seeking an experienced, highly motivated risk management contractor with risk management and project management experience in the financial sector. This role is located in Wilmington, DE and will provide guidance and support on all risk and compliance management related activities for the Servicing operations of the Home Loans line of business. Some travel to Plano, TX (Dallas area) required.

Specific responsibilities include:

Perform duties as an integrated partner with Home Loans business leaders to ensure appropriate awareness and execution of risk management processes
Assist with identifying, designing, and executing the appropriate risk management processes and practices for establishing a well-managed business
Project Management - " coordinate, influence, and negotiate to ensure timelines are met and projects move forward
Executing risk assessments to ensure operational and compliance management practices are well controlled
Coordinate and perform duties as a risk management liaison with other corporate risk partners, including ERM, ORM, Compliance, and IT -Issue/event risk management in adherence with Enterprise Risk Management Standards
Standard risk reporting management, including input/updates for various reports
Conducting and monitoring top risk assessments
Audit preparation, management, response, and finding remediation management
Other risk management activities, as required

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience in risk management or related field
2 years of experience managing mid-sized projects and working in a team -Comfort level with excel spreadsheets
Strong communication, both written and verbal, and influencing skills
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of Mortgage Servicing experience
2 years of operations risk management
Integrative thinker and passionate problem solver
Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across workgroups
Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
Flexibility to change direction quickly based on business needs
Comfortable with ambiguity and white-space thinking
Able to understand business processes, and provide input for business solutions
