Strong agency building background needed with verifiable accomplishments
including recruiting, training, leadership, mentoring, coaching, and a successful track record in building a management team.
Candidates who have previous Agency Sales Management experience with
Bankers Life, Mass Mutual, Met Life, Western Southern, Liberty National, along with candidates who have a experienced background with career agency distribution have been extremely successful with this organization nationwide.
This is a top level Field Sales Management position with the compensation and benefits to attract high level candidates. Transition salary up to 3 years, outstanding overrides and bonuses, office start-up and on going monthly office expenses paid along administrative staff paid by company.
