Intake Coordinator #2

The Data Intake Coordinator is responsible for Care Management activities that include taking requests for Care Management from physician offices or imaging centers. Information is limited to collection and transfer of demographic data and focused screening processes that do not require clinical review and/or clinical judgment.

• High School graduate or higher education
• Previous medical office environment experience preferred and call center experience is a must
• Experience with computer data entry, customer service, medical terminology, or managed care is preferred
