Java Development Lead

Title: Java Development Lead
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate : Very Competitive!

Job Duties:
Define java coding standard and templates
Integrate external and internal applications utilizing mechanism and protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, WSS, SOAP, JMS, JDBC, Files, API, JMS, MQ
Develop Java Spring components with fail over, recovery, load balance, transaction management and monitoring capabilities
Develop automated build, unit test and deployment script
Support integration and system tests
Support source control and migration process for the code developed

Skills/Qualification:
Minimum education - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of developing complex java application hands on experience
Experience with agile development methodology
Hands on experience of building Java Spring components
Hands on experience of developing Java application interacting with Oracle, SQL Server handling large volume of data
Hands on experience of handling XML/XSL in java
Hands on experience with JMX and monitoring approach
Hands on experience of developing SOA/ESB system utilizing JMS
Good knowledge of IBM MQ
Good understanding of SQL language
Good understanding of Web Security
Hands on experience of system integration. Event driven system development experience will be very helpful.
Hands on experience in source control, deployment process, and automated testing
Hands on experience in java based scripting language such as ANT
Hands on experience in Unix Platform
Good communication skill and strong leadership
Advanced degree in computer related majors or MIS preferred
