- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 9+ years of experience in the field of Java/J2EE-based software development
- J2EE JBoss Spring Framework – Spring Core and Spring MVC Oracle iBatis/MyBatis Mobile Applications (desired)
- 1+ year IT & Java development managerial experience desired
- Record of successful delivery of software applications as individual, team leader and development manager
- Strong understanding of software development cycle
