We are currently offering a recruiter position; an extraordinary opportunity to a recent college graduate. The individual will be trained and mentored on: general business practices, the staffing industry, recruitment practices/processes, industry types and specialty skills and position types. We have a comprehensive and organized training program and the person will learn advanced search and overall recruitment techniques.

Responsibilities and Training/Mentoring Include:
Source candidates for current and future openings with client companies using traditional and advanced sources and search techniques.
Interview and vet candidates for clients of a variety of industries. Skill sets include but, not limited to: Technology, Financial, Creative, Marketing and Administrative.
Present candidates to sales manager with written assessment.
Research new sources through search techniques on the internet, industry groups, social media and networking sites.
Input and maintain candidate data into company database.
Follow through with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare candidates for client interviews.
Build and maintain candidate relationships.
Attend specialty and industry networking groups.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1 year of business or internship experience
Commitment to building a career in the recruitment/staffing industry.
