Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Strong knowledge of Web technologies.
- Solid knowledge of current Web languages and browser standards.
- Experience in using Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Develop technical manuals IAW S1000D specification.
- Experience with Arbortext Epic Editor is essential.
- Ability to support the creation of digital technical manuals, using tools conforming to government standard specifications.
- Experience in creating a Data Module Requirements List (DMRL)
- Detailed oriented; work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with process, data and object modeling in a variety of applications and database environments.
- Assignments are broad in nature, must be able to work independently and as part of a highly competent program support team during end-to-end system life cycle and development of major projects.
- Knowledge in graphic design and Flash animation is a plus.
Skills, Education, and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or a recognized technical diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Maintain currency and develop greater expertise in industry leading information management technologies.
- A minimum of three years experience at the intermediate level in information technology and systems environment.
- This position reports to the Program Manager.
- This position is located in various locations within TSI.
- The scheduled work hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 00 p.m.
- Drug-free work environment. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to and pass random drug screenings.
