Job Title:

JUNIOR JAVA PROGRAMMER

Position Summary:

Provides Java Programming skills and experience in support of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software development projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain existing Java based web service applications using Spring Hibernate frameworks, and Oracle database systems using TOAD

Works with both stakeholders in an Agile software development environment

Provides well commented code and documents describing the developed code and its function and interface requirements

Responds to test results to fix discrepancies/faults and re-test successfully

Education & Experience:

BS in Computer or similar technical Field

Miniminum of 3 years or relevant experience

FAA experience a plus

Skills:

3 Years Java/J2EE programming experience

Spring and Hibernate Framework experience

Configuration/Set up of database connectivity for web applications

Web application server side development using JSP services

Basic server configuration skills especially with Tomcat 7

Experience with SQL and stored procedures

Salary Rate:

commensurate with experience
