Lead Generation Manager This position is responsible for generating sales opportunities by originating, managing and qualifying sales leads created from various marketing programs and individual online prospecting efforts. The position is responsible and accountable for achieving monthly performance goals. Environment is fast paced, yet business casual.
Job Description Lead Generation Manager is responsible for the lead generation strategy, the actual lead generation tactics, the assignment of the leads, the measurement of the response activities, and the close rates. The manager must know how to supervise a team and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The manager is responsible for training the team, motivating the team, and tracking the team performance.

Job Requirements
Bachelors degree
2+ years related experience
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics. If you do not already know them well, one of your responsibilities will be to learn them prior to start date.
Sharp, fast learner with regards to technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and experience in multi-tasking
Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Ability to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven
