License Practical Nurse - Family Practice

Diamond Healthcare Group is currently seeking an LPN with phlebotomy experience to work in a clinical setting.

Monday - Friday

PAY $20.00-$23.00 PER HOUR!!!

Essential Job Duties:
-Interview patients to determine problem/condition and document charts
-Obtain and record vital signs
-Assist physician with examinations as needed
-Reviews physician orders, lab requests and follow-up needs
-Administer medication or treatment and document on charts
-Collect samples for routine lab testing
-Assemble and use clinic equipment
-Sterilize equipment and supplies
-Clean rooms and change linens
-Maintain and stock supplies as needed
-Respond to routine telephone inquiries
-Follow up with patients on missed appointments, lab results and scheduling follow-up appointments
-Coordinate referrals through insurance and other physician offices

Requirements:
Must have excellent phlebotomy skills
At Least 2 years clinical experience
Hep B
TB (1 Year Current)
CPR (AHA or ARC Certified)
Current State License as LPN/LVN
Clean criminal background check and also be able to pass a substance abuse screening
