Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customers’ calls and assess their healthcare needs
• Provide in depth information about the products being offered
• Based on customer’s demographic information, calculate and communicate premiums
• Meet and consistently exceed sales and activity goals established for individual representatives and assigned teams
Qualifications:
• Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships
• Drive for excellence, as well as a sense of accountability
• Mathematical skills, ability to calculate premiums and comparisons
• Ability to set and pursue challenging goals in a sales environment
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Health Insurance License 2-15 or 2-40 required
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a health care/insurance setting
• Computer skills, ability to navigate several applications
• Will be based out of our Worcester office, with possibility of working remotely
