Massage Envy Spa in Dublin is looking for a Licensed Managing Esthetician to join our team! Principle Duties:
· Greets guests & members in a professional and friendly manner and performs thorough intakes and skin analyses to select the appropriate Murad Signature Facials for each client
· Performs 50-minute facial sessions, following protocols and expectations, including proficiency in relaxation massage techniques
· Creates an excellent experience for guests & members through a therapeutic touch, a friendly attitude and through sharing professional skills and knowledge
· Promotes the health and wellness benefits of regular facials through customized frequency and at home care recommendations
· Safeguards client information and confidentiality
· Promotes spa business and retail products through educating clients and staff as well as participating in spa events and ongoing spa initiatives
· Maintains a professional clean appearance of self and spa by wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the therapy room and common area clean

Position requirements:
· Must have Managing Esthetics (preferred) or Cosmetology License
· Must pass background check
· Understands and believes in the benefits of skin care and massage therapy
· Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, fellow therapists and sales staff
· Ability to work flexible days and hours
· Previous experience in a retail sales environment preferred
