We have a mail house that we send letters out each week to homeowners and baby boomers. The clients fill out their personal information and mail it back to us requesting Life Insurance Protection and asking someone to call them.
We call them up, schedule an appointment with them, sit down with them, determine what fits their needs and budget. We will out the paperwork for the insurance company and send that off to the carrier.
Once a policy is issued that agent gets paid (average commission) $500 per policy that goes issued.
Must have a life insurance license or be willing to get one. We will help you walk through the licensing process if you are not currently licensed.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be confident on the phone.
Must have a willingness to learn and be coached.
Must be responsible and ambitious.
This is a commission only position.
