Our cool clients "music, sports teams, celebrities) have questions on a daily basis and require prompt attention. Your job is to help us make them happy and answer all their questions so they will continue to use Mobile Roadie as their number #1 platform.
Must be:
Fast Learner
Excellent written communication skills
Extremely familiar with supporting mobile devices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a broad range of knowledge levels
Independent worker but able to maintain excellent communication
Fine attention to detail.
Highly efficient and organized.
Must have Mac OS X.
Knowledgeable of the tech industry
