* Minimum of 5+ years of Maintenance Mechanic Experience
* Must be able to follow and adhere to guidelines as governed by AIB and SQF.
* Previous experience working with Bakery/Food equipment necessary
* Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues on assigned shift IE: control wiring
* Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
* Lubricating, rebuilding and replacing parts
* Responsible for cleaning machinery as related to maintenance
* Must be willing to work different shifts (night / Weekends)
* Refrigeration experience
* Robotics experience a must
