Management Training Program at Fast-Growing Startup

H.Bloom, a high-end flower service with a revolutionary business model, is poised to make a major impact on the $30+ billion per year flower industry. We're a venture-funded startup with four offices: New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and San Francisco. We've received accolades in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Daily News, and Fast Company - H.Bloom is growing fast, delighting customers and building big opportunities inside our organization along the way.

We're looking for the next class of candidates in our SEED program for Startup Education and Entrepreneurial Development. As a participant SEED, you'll be a full-time H.Bloom employee, joining our operations management team as while learning the ropes of our business with an eye towards opening a new H.Bloom office after graduation from the program.

SEED is seriously hard work. It's also incredibly rewarding - SEED graduates are currently running H.Bloom markets across the country.

Requirements include:

  • Willingness to relocate
  • 4-year degree
  • 1-4 years work experience
  • Experience in sales or operations
  • Unflaggingly positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in the chaotic environment of a high-growth startup

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing operations process - everything that happens between reciept of raw materials and delivery of our finished product to clients
  • Day-to-day operations management
  • Supporting for Design and Delivery teams
  • Assisting in recruiting and training Design and Delivery teams
  • Participation in classroom-style training with CEO and Executive team
  • Relationship-building with functional owners, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Branding and Talent
