Collaborate with members of the HR teams to develop, implement and manage compensation policies, programs and practices
Lead the creation of the annual compensation review process with HR and Compensation Committees of various business units, generate time tables for each business to complete their process
Produce base and bonus guidelines to fit pay for performance guidelines; provide senior managers summary reports
Lead production of YE total reward statements for US & Canada populations
Advise managers and employees on interpretation of compensation policies and practices
Analyse and benchmark salary data to determine competitive position and recommend changes in salary and compensation structure as required
Participate in executive compensation analysis and proxy preparation
Manage long term incentive plans including DSUs and various option\award grants annually,
Maintain annual proxy material for related organizations
Manage the equity on-line administration process and reporting
Responsible for day-to-day administration of benefit programs including, but not limited to: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, HSA/FSA, executive benefits, etc.
Participate in annual benefits review recommending additions, revisions and/or deletion of benefit plans and participates in negotiation of renewals and new contract agreements
Keep abreast of current laws, trends and best practices in compensation and benefits and proactively evaluate them for potential implementation, making recommendations when applicable
Manage vendor relationships to insure excellent service and support
