We are seeking a Manager to join our Downstream Process Development Department in Rockville, MD. Qualified individuals will be responsible for leading a team focused on early stage downstream process development, scale up, reagent preparation, and technical support of cGMP manufacturing for proteins, peptides and virus-like particle (VLP) based vaccines. The candidate will ensure scientifically sound design and scalable purification processes are created. The candidate will also be responsible for generating materials for pre-clinical studies and other development purposes. The candidate is expected to be an effective leader and competent in the laboratory. The candidate must be highly self-motivated and well organized. This position will be located at our Rockville, MD facility and will report to the Director of Downstream Process Development
