MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop marketing strategies to efficiently drive new customer acquisition through multiple digital channels
  • Build programs to optimize customer experience and increase retention and loyalty
  • Work with merchant team to develop merchandising and promotional strategies that support corporate initiatives and drive conversion through digital channels
  • Build and communicate business targets and forecasts for digital channel investments  and measure performance against those forecasts
  • Identify and develop business cases to test new channels and opportunities
  • Deeply understand the ROI of investments and the opportunities to scale across customers and channels
  • Monitor all digital marketing investments to budget and efficiency goals
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, merchandising, web operations, graphic design and customer service to optimize conversion through an integrated promotional and messaging strategy as well as cohesive customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+  years of ecommerce marketing experience, including creating, launching and measuring marketing programs through channels including SEM/SEO, retargeting and display advertising, affiliates, email, and partner marketing
  • Ability to develop plans and make cases for key investments, resources and tests
  • Industry knowledge of core digital technologies such as A/B and multi-variant testing tools, analytics programs, targeting technologies, SEM platforms and email programs
  • Solid understanding of SEO and proven experience driving results in the Search Engine channel
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong executive presence; outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills and exceptional attention to detail; knowledge of segmentation, testing and measurement techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business success
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with direct reports, peers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability or aptitude to learn technical applications quickly; must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
