Request Notes : Process Engineer Position Description: Responsible for development and implementation of manufacturing processes to build medical devices.
Position Responsibilities: •Characterize and develop processes and process specifications, including operational qualifications and performance qualifications •Troubleshoot and problem solve efforts related to the development projects •Interface with manufacturing to optimize and implement effective manufacturing solutions for new part designs •Interface with manufacturing engineers, project engineers, tooling engineers, suppliers, and designers to create manufacturing processes •Coordinate and/or perform development runs of new components, including all revisions up to the point of manufacturing release. •Influence change relative to improvement opportunities in alignment with broader organizational goals.
