Marketing Executive Assistant II

Seeking a full-time EA for expanding fashion/ model management company. You job will largely focus on working with the marketing director, finding the right people for working in front of the camera, developing branding for various clients. Candidates should have a desire to be working in a commercial or entertainment production company and  have an eye for what looks good.  Characteristics should include:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pleasing work demeanor with a positive, can do attitude
Proactive nature with an ability to multi-task and follow through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues

We are currently expanding offices and are interviewing this week and next with immediate start dates available. Full medical benefits after 90 days and paid company training. This is also considered a management training with opportunities for the right people to be considered owners and/ or partners. We only promote from with-in. 

Must possess a valid driver's license and working vehicle.
