Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts, in partnership with Senior Management. We want to supplement our organic growth via both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to attract new clients, and expand our business with existing client companies. The successful candidate will be someone who can maintain our brand, coordinate our marketing efforts, develop an organized marketing process, and help us take advantage of new marketing channels to maximize ROI. The position will require hands’ on work, in addition to managing strategies and coordinating resources. We have aggressive sales goals and want someone who has the initiative and vision to help us reach them.

Specifically we need someone who has demonstrated experience with:

Implementing and maintaining CRM solutions (SalesForce, ACT, or similar)
Conducting marketing analyses, creating and presenting marketing plan documents
Developing marketing budgets, tracking results and preparing reports to demonstrate ROI
Developing online and social media marketing campaigns, strategies and managing execution of same
Managing vendors (including web developers and content authors)
SEO and web analysis tools (Google Analytics) to maximize organic web traffic, and monitor success of pay-per-click or adword campaigns
Managing online presence, including blogs, eNewsletter, and social media activity
Identifying appropriate marketing channels and lists to participate in or purchase
Developing qualified leads and coordinating sales pitch opportunities from all marketing efforts
Identifying potential strategic business partnership opportunities to expand business
