Completes comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for caseload, and provides counseling services to clients. Develops and implements complex treatment and discharge plans for clients with dual diagnoses, social, or mental health issues. Serves as professional resource to other Counselors in resolving complex case problems, and provides clinical supervision and guidance as needed. Develops and conducts in-service and continuing education programs for treatment staff. Assumes responsibility for overseeing Counselors in absence of supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or closely related field. At least 2-3 years clinical counseling experience, with concurrent experience in the treatment of substance abuse and dual-diagnoses. LPC or LCSW required. At least six (6) months development counseling experience with the program specific population. Twelve (12) hours documented supervisory training, or equivalent supervisory experience.

Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
