Position Outline:

Picking up multiple telephones. Redirecting message or calls as suitable. Greeting those walking into your dept, obtaining his or her needs and understanding the details important to refer them as needed. Support potential clients in handing in documentation forms to aid patients who are looking for his or her records data. Sustain rigid health practitioner and client/patient confidentiality. Present a positive attitude and the capacity to correspond successfully with all valued clients, colleagues and staff members. Definitely will respect client privacy by safeguarding discretion with all levels of work.

Work Requirements:

A single year of overall business office knowledge and customer assistance is necessary. High School or any other advanced training good, although not mandatory. Salary in the mid 40's to 50s readily available to the best suited candidates.
