This position is responsible for the preparation of mortgage loan closing documents; the review of documentation for compliance; and the review of title curative issues and surveys. This position will be located in a mortgage residential lending division of a financial institution.
The skills required include strong familiarity of real estate title and knowledge of current Texas real estate laws and regulatory agency requirements for residential mortgage closing transactions. Selected candidates will have performed the same job functions within the last 2 years.
