Position Summary

Supports and maintains application systems for our client’s advertising, print publishing, web publishing and Business Information systems.
Reports To: Web Operations Manager
Coordinates With: The IT Infrastructure Team

Duties & Responsibilities

·          Work closely with our client’s Business Information group, internal development team, and third party developers.
·          Maintain and provide level II support to end users as needed for advertising and publishing platforms, as well as customer-facing websites.
·          Understand processes surrounding code pushes, versioning software, and web server configuration.
·          Assist the advertising team on support issues outside of the scope of their knowledge.
