We are seeking Office Assistant or Back Office Executive for our Non Profit Organization. The candidate should be kind and co-operative to represent a nonprofit organization.

Duties Include -

• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

• Respond to public inquiries

• To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.

• To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc

Compensation - $20.00 - $25.00 /Hour
