Restoration Media is an interactive performance-based marketing and web development firm specializing in email advertising and consumer facing web properties with broad appeal. We are seeking an Office Assistant to cover the reception desk and other administrative duties.
• Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
• Greet and direct visitors and clients
• Perform clerical duties including scanning, faxing, and mailing
• Handle general administrative tasks
• Prepare agendas for meetings
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain supplies and clean order of restrooms and kitchen
• Run errands as necessary
• Organization and planning skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Must possess valid California driver's license and have a car
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a professional environment preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• $8 - $10 per hour
• 90 day probation period
