The JDC Group is recruiting for an Offshore Coordinator/ Developer. Our client is one of the largest company in the world that is known for its ground-breaking innovations.
This candidate must have:
· Outstanding communication skills
· A strong development background with web-based Java technologies.
· The ability to work with multiple groups and individuals to gather and document requirements, then communicate those requirements to the offshore team, then monitor their progress, keep them on track, answer their questions, remove their blockers, and test the quality of their deliverables.
· The ability to be flexible and multi-task.
· The ability to develop dynamic java-based web applications using JSP and JQuery on the front end and SOAP/REST web services and Oracle databases on the back end.
· The ability to be in the office every day by 8am for a conference call with the offshore team.
· Enterprise Portal experience is a big plus but not required.
