Prestigious Hospital in Fairfield County is seeking an Oncology Pharmacist Supervisor to handle all outpatient oncology services.
The supervising pharmacist will over see three individuals. It is a hands on clinical role.
Work Req.
Ability to obtain CT license
Board Certification is preferred but not required
Residency in oncology or equivalent experience as a clinical pharmacist in oncology
PharmD required
