ZipSmart is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Specialists. In addition to maintaining personal sales levels, the Sales Manager will be responsible for daily follow-up with team members, closing sales when necessary, numbers tracking, market/territory assignments and penetration, and various additional functions to assist corporate HQ.

Candidate must have relevant sales management experience - preferably in a B2B or Online Advertising environment - and the ability to work effectively from home managing team members who are working from home. This is a full-time position.

Pay is commission-based with 50% commission on initial personal sales and 25% recurring pay on all active accounts, along with a recurring override on all team member production. Expected earning range is $65k-$85 in the first year, with the possibility for six-figures. Earnings should grow substantially from year to year.

Initial phone interviews will be conducted September 7-10.
