(Manufacturing Manager)
Manufacturing / Production / Operations Manager for a large manufacturing operation. This position will report in to the plant / general manager, and direct the production / manufacturing related activities for this high production plant:
- Safety
- Morale
- Schedule Attainment
- Continuous Improvement
- Scrap Reduction
- Operational Efficiency
- Kaizen / Lean / JIT
This position requires a minimum of ten years current experience, five at a manager's level in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree (technical / engineering degree preferred), and strong JIT / Lean / TPS experience and knowledge. Automotive experience strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of five years experience supervising salaried employees, at a similar manager's level.
Salary range: $80~95k
