About LunaMetrics:

It is an amazing time to join LunaMetrics. We moved into a fantastic new space on the South Side, just several blocks off Carson Street. It has murals from local artists, tons of space to sprawl and a coffee bar that dramatically reduced work-at-home hours over the past few months. The Latte Lounge is more than a machine. It is a coworker and friend.

There are 13 Lunametricians. Half of us ride to work on the Three Rivers Trail (that’s just a block from the front door) and the other half enjoys the free street parking.

We have a pretty tightly-knit team of talented, driven individuals. To really fit in here, you’d have to be committed to internet marketing as a career and a little nerdy in your own way. We are genuinely passionate about what we do. We are life-long learners, and our continuing education initiatives back this up in a very real way. Each employee gets to attend national conferences every year and keeping up with industry blogs is not only expected, it’s required.

We think it’s the best of both worlds: A small company culture with all the awesome personal freedoms that it entails coupled with the big company client list. Interoffice banter is encouraged, Nerf fights are unavoidable and beer o’clock is tradition. All of that and we still get the work done and meet deadlines. As stated, we are a talented bunch.

If you're interested in this position, please submit a cover letter that overviews your experience with content management (and hopefully higher level strategy) and your success on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Foursquare or Digg/Reddit.
