** Hope High School (a program of Blueprint Education) is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time Para-professional position to assist in facilitating independent study classes at their west campus location.

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Fingerprint Clearance Card/Documentation
• Proficient in Math preferred
• 3 years experience working with Adolescent youth preferred

Reports to: Principal

Start Date: Immediately.

Salary: Starting at $14.50 per hour (DOE) plus full benefits

Duties:
• Facilitate and Deliver quality instruction to students
• Work effectively with supervising teacher and other staff members
• Grade coursework and provide content area feedback to encourage student learning and motivation
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods in the individual, group, and online setting
• Communication with students to encourage course completion and success
• Encourage and track student attendance
• Manage academic and behavioral needs of students
• Provide student tutoring in content area(s)
• Provide input for Individualized Education Plan meetings
• Utilize student information database (Schoolmaster) and learning management system (Moodle)

• Ability to work with others on a team
• Self motivation
• Navigation of the Internet
• Email
• Basic skills in Microsoft software
