Patent Attorney - Top National Law Firm - Salt Lake City

National law firm’s Intellectual Property Section of the Tech Group is seeking a highly qualified Patent Agent with 2+ years of significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for hardware including programmable systems and wireless technologies, and/or software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing.

The Patent Attorney must have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with engineering work experience, excellent academic credentials, and must be registered to practice before the USPTO.

This position is a virtual office arrangement, based in Utah.
