Pediatric SLP - GROWING, MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CLINIC

School:
 

• Perform speech and language evaluations.
• Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
• Provide clinical staff (insurance dept. and intake specialist) and supervisee with evaluation reports, plan of cares, and progess note forms. Use proper diagnostic and treatment codes for speech (see ICD9 manual).
• Write discharge summaries upon request from clinical staff and/or upon dismissal from services.

Clinic:
 

• Perform speech and language evaluations.
• Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
• Develop and update Individualized Education Plans
• Participate in case conferences
• Track therapy time and bill accordingly for school contracts

Experience

Job Related Experience within Specialized Field is required.
 
Education  
Master’s degree in job related area.
 
Equivalency
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability
 
Required Testing Certificates & Licenses
Active IN SLP License
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
