Photolithography Engineer

 LOCATION: Honolulu Hawaii

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Fabrication of Silicon photonic-electronic integrated circuits.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide lithography leadership in sub micron photolithography projects for photonics-electronics integration. Process development, control and transfer to manufacturing, using an ASML Microscan II stepper and other clean room equipment. The job requires in depth expertise with sub micron lithography equipment operation, process regimes, positive and negative resists; statistical process control using JMP software and related metrology. Provide hands on processing, technical consultation to design teams and proactive participation in process integration. Monitor material purchasing for development and production along with equipment maintenance schedules.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicant must be detail oriented and able to work on several projects at once, supporting with lithography needs different development groups.
  • The candidate needs to be able to work independently on process and equipment optimization, and also able to contribute as a team player.
  • Applicant must have mature Design-of-Experiments (DOE) experience and project management skills in order to conduct systematic and efficient development work.
  • The position requires least 3 years of processing experience with sub micron photolithography. Advanced degree such as M.S. degree, Ph.D is strongly desired.
