Premier Home Care is looking for Physical Therapists to perform in-home rehabilitation services!
Requirements:
Current KY license
Passion for providing high quality therapy to our geriatric patients
Self-motivated professional who can work independently
Desire to provide thorough, individualized care for each patient
Experience working with the elderly
Home Health and/or Outpatient experience a plus
