Physicians for House Call and Post Discharge Care

We are looking to expand our current network of house call providers due to recent growth and increased demand of our specialty programs. We are currently interviewing quality practitioners interested in house call visits for patients recently discharged from skilled nursing facilities or other acute care settings. We offer flexible scheduling across the valley for both part and full-time practitioners. Visits are based on your location, requested volume and specifications.

Perfect for providers tired of overhead costs and clinical expenses or those looking for moonlighting opportunities. Positions available for house call in independent and assisted living communities also.
