Using cutting-edge Java EE and Web 2.0 technologies, you will be an integral part of an Agile team that is producing one of the Internet’s most innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Be a member of a Scrum feature delivery team and learn from top notch developers and architects.
* Deliver key ‘core’ features and functionality including webservices and Software
* Development Kits using Java, Groovy and Sql programming languages.
* Enhance the development & build environments to maximize productivity and team happiness factor
* Deliver high quality production code and associated unit / integration tests
* Become a recognized product expert on the Axeda Platform
* Research new technologies and development tools to keep yourself and Axeda up to date

Technical/Professional Knowledge/Skills:
* Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and product features
* Strong technical aptitude and object oriented design skills
* Solid understanding of the core Java libraries
* Knowledge and development experience with Java and JEE and Sql
* Familiarity with standard Java development, build and automation test tools
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
* Understanding of web based application architectures
* Oracle database knowledge is a plus
* Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus
* Experience ranging from recent college graduate to 3 years of software * product development experience

Essential Education and Experience:
