It offers grain haulers, vans, domestic containers, container chassis, platform trailers, converter dollies, flatbeds and parts for sale in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The company was founded in 1961, is privately owned and growing quickly. They have 7 plants in Wisconsin and have approximately 900 non union employees.
The Process Engineer reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and is responsible for conceiving, designing, building and/or acquiring equipment to support productivity improvements and continuing operations.

Knowledge and Skill:
Bachelor of Science (Engineering with Mechanical or Electrical Background highly desired)
5-10 years industrial experience (preferably trailer or similar industry).
In-depth knowledge of computers and PLC’s.
In-depth knowledge of CAD products. (Co-Create desirable)
Machine tool operations.
Machine tool building principles and practices, including OSHA & safety.
Strength of materials, statics, dynamics, control circuitry, fluid power, and basic metallurgy.
