Work Explanation:

Picking up multiple phones. Redirecting enquiries as appropriate. Greeting individuals entering your company work group, obtaining his / her requirements and finding the specifics essential to lead them as needed. Serve patients in handing in documentation papers to help out clients that are requesting his or her data. Uphold rigid doctor and client/patient confidentiality. Show a confident mental attitude and the means to communicate comfortably with all patrons, peers and staff members. Definitely will respect your clientele privacy by having discretion throughout all levels of the postiion.

Job role Requisites:

1 year of basic office environment practical knowledge and patron assistance is required. Ged or alternative advanced schooling fine, though not essential. Earning in the mid 40s to 50's available to the best suited candidates.
